Research Interests / Professional Overview:

Victoria Vaughan Dickson, PhD., CRNP is an Assistant Professor in the College of Nursing of New York University's College of Dentistry. Her program of research focuses on investigating the patterns of self-care among aging workers with coronary heart disease and the effect of self-care on patient-centered and work-related outcomes. Her research interests also include the use of motivational interviewing in self-care interventions.

Dr. Dickson received her doctoral degree the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA. She is an adult nurse practitioner with extensive clinical experience in employee health and wellness program development.
