Donna Clemmens, Ph.D., R.N. Her clinical focus and specialty throughout her career has been in the areas of Parent-Child and Community Health Nursing. She has worked in a variety of health care settings including the community and tertiary care and has always maintained a clinical practice component in various roles as administrator, educator, researcher and clinician. She has published in peer reviewed journals, and developed a variety of publications and teaching aids for the public. Dr. Clemmens' research interests have included both clinical practice issues in Parent and Child Health, and varied community health delivery models for vulnerable populations. Her program of research focuses on the challenges and health outcomes experienced by adolescents and minorities in developing community health interventions for these populations.
