Post-MS courses are identical to MS courses but exclude 15 credits of nursing core courses and other requirements, which may have been fulfilled in previous Master’s Program.
Practicum Opportunities:
- Pioneering clinical placements in diverse urban settings.
- Premier teaching hospital centers (e.g., Mt. Sinai Medical Center/NYU Medical Center, Bellevue, Bronx Lebanon, Gouverneur Hospital).
- Select private practice offices or community-based practice sites supportive of Psychiatric Nursing Practitioner role development.
- All placements are arranged by faculty.
- Placement possibilities are available throughout the tri-state area.
