Experience:
- Master of Science: 48 credits, 720 clinical hours
- Post Master's Advanced Certificate: 15-33 credits, maximum 720 clinical hours

- Graduates of this program are eligible for the ANCC or AANP Geriatric Nurse Practitioner Certification Examination.

- Post-MS courses are identical to MS courses but exclude 15 credits of nursing core courses and other requirements, which may have been fulfilled in previous Master's Program.

Practicum Opportunities:
- Select private practice offices or primary care practice sites supportive of the Geriatric Nurse Practitioner role.
- Premier teaching hospital centers (e.g., Mt. Sinai Medical Center, NYU Medical Center, Maimonides Medical Center, Montefiore Medical Center).
- All placements are arranged by faculty.
- Placement possibilities are available throughout the tri-state area.
