Degrees Offered/Clinical Experience:
  • Master of Science: 48 credits, 720 clinical hours
  • Post Master's Advanced Certificate: 15-33 credits, 560-720 clinical hours

  • Post-MS courses are identical to MS courses but exclude 15 credits of nursing core courses and other requirements, which may have been fulfilled in the previous MS Program.

Practicum Opportunities:
  • All placements are arranged by faculty.
  • Placement possibilities are available throughout the tri-state area.
  • Premier teaching hospital centers (e.g., Mt. Sinai Medical Center, NYU Medical Center, Memorial Sloan Kettering, Montefiore Medical Center) are utilized.
  • Select private offices or practice sites supportive of Nursing Practitioner role development are options.
