Ava Chen, MAXIMUS

Ms. Chen is a 2008 Alumna of the NYU Master's Program in Global Public Health where she concentrated in Global Health Policy and Management. Ms. Chen is a requirements manager of a systems integration project for the New York City Department of Education. She has developed proposals for state Medicaid enrollment projects. She is also Director of Program Development for Nomi Network – a non-profit that leverages the marketplace to increase the financial independence of women who are at-risk of sex-trafficking.
