International Courier Network (ICN) is the University’s designated International Customs Broker. ICN has the Power-Of-Attorney to handle all University international shipping door to door for items that require customs clearance and/or expedited services coming into and going outside of the United States. They can offer you a variety of shipping alternatives which also includes items that are considered to be HazMat in nature.
