Student Success Specialists

Meet with a Student Success Specialist

You might have lots of questions right now and don’t know where to turn for help. Our Student Success Specialists can field any and all questions and get you the answers you're looking for. They will be right there with you to walk through your options and connect you to the right resources.

Here are two ways to talk with a Specialist:

Virtual 1-on-1 Success Sessions

To schedule a 1-on-1 appointment with a Student Success Specialist:

  1. Log in to NYU Connect.
  2. Search for "Student Success" in the top search bar.
  3. Select "Schedule Appointment" and all available dates and times will be listed.
If you have trouble navigating NYU Connect, reach out to us at studentsuccess@nyu.edu.

Virtual "Drop-In" Sessions

Specialists will be available via Zoom, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. EST, Monday-Friday. These are quick 15-minute chats.

Please note, there may be a "line" and you will have to wait until another student has completed their time with a Specialist.

Adjusting to a new learning environment can be difficult. Here are some tips to help you be successful in your remote space. If you want to talk through any of these tips, reach out to us at studentsuccess@nyu.edu.
