Clubs and Organizations
There are over 400 student clubs and organizations ranging from arts to politics, recreation to religion, and academic to social. There is something for everyone! Don't forget to check out the Fall 2012 Club Fest to meet directly with representatives from the diverse array of recognized student clubs and organizations, and learn more about ways to get involved.
For current, former, future club officers or any student interested in intensifying his or her commitment to leadership, there are on-going leadership programs, summits and workshops offered throughout campus. Through the annual Center for Student Activities, Leadership and Service's Student Leader Summits, leadership programs, and the club leadership library, student leaders can gain the tools to assist them in the day-to-day management of their clubs. Participants will learn the ins and outs of planning successful events as well as gain insight into innovative approaches for marketing and promoting their club activities. They will build stronger networks with their peers, explore alternative methods for recruiting and retaining their club members, engage in dialogues about leadership and learn how to manage their club budgets. |
