FLI is a seminar series for undergraduate members of the Fraternity and Sorority community that serve as a framework for developing leadership within the membership of the community. Emphasis will be placed on understanding your leadership identity and style, communication style, conflict management, service learning and social responsibility.
FLI meets every Wednesday for 8 weeks in the Fall from 12.30 - 2pm in the CSALS Conference Room.
