All-Square Clubs

Registered clubs and organizations including Theme-based Event Planning Committees, Fraternities and Sororities, and Umbrella organizations must re-register with the Center for Student Activities, Leadership and Service each year in order to maintain their status as an All-Square registered club and to continue to qualify for the privileges allowed such clubs. All clubs must hold an open election during the month of March and re-register with Student Activities by June 1 in order to maintain club status and privileges.

After June 1, all clubs that have failed to register will be referred to the Student Activities Board for review. Your status as an All-Square registered club expires on August 31 along with all of your registered club privileges. Until Student Activities is notified by SAB that you may re-register, your status as an All-Square registered club is no longer valid.

The current President or Treasurer can access the Club Roster Management using their Net ID and password at the Center for Student Activities' Club Management site. Once they login to the site, they can select the link to "Register Officers for the Next Academic Year."

If the current spring semester executive board will continue to serve in their position next fall semester, the club would still need to register them as new officers.
