Rejuvenate, Relate and Release as you join us in NYU CMEP for our monthly Take-A-Break series. Meet new and old friends, play games, watch a movie, have a snack or get a massage, and learn more about NYU CMEP. Each break is different. All students are welcomed to attend.

Studying is hard work - and you deserve a break! Stop by the CMEP Lounge to grab some snacks and chill on our couches and bean bag chairs. Mold some playdough, do some crossword puzzles or just color! CMEP staff will also be available if you want to vent, chat or just laugh.
