Yoga improves the health and fitness of the mind, body and spirit and is widely recognized as an excellent antidote to stress. Regular practice improves flexibility, posture, circulation and balance. It also improves concentration, teaches us to relax, be more present and helps to make us stronger both physically and emotionally. Try one of these yoga sequences and see how it goes!
