Instructions

Included in your kit is an instruction leaflet that will guide you through each step in detail.  Please follow these instructions carefully.

A few key important considerations:

  • Spitting could conceivably transmit coronavirus, so please produce your saliva sample when you are alone in your own room.
  • Do not eat or drink anything for 30 minutes prior to collecting your saliva sample. Do it before having coffee, eating breakfast, or brushing your teeth — or wait until you haven’t consumed anything in the prior 30 minutes.
  • You must collect your saliva sample on the same day that you return your test kit.

Follow the instruction video to collect your sample.
