Digital Signage

The Kimmel Center has launched its integrated Digital Signage project which will include event schedules, digital posters, and a variety of resources to welcome and inform guests about current and upcoming events at the Kimmel Center.

We are now offering to display customized digital poster on the 60 inch LED flat screens that are currently under test. The screen will be in the lobby of Kimmel at the main entrance.

In order to request displaying your own poster, please email the following information to pjt254@nyu.edu:

• Your organization's name
• Your event's name, date and time
• Duration of your event
• Digital copy of your poster

Currently we only accept events that happen in the following two week's window.

Technical specification for digital poster

• The file should be in .jpg/.jpeg format (DCF 2.0 compliant).
  .pdf/.png files will NOT work for our screens.
• The poster must be in landscape style, with a minimum resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, or bigger resolutions with a ratio of 16:9 (width:height) for best of display quality.
