NYU IT provides telephone and voicemail service and support to the NYU community, comprising 26,500 telephones, more than 11,000 voice mail boxes, 145 Automated Attendants, and 60 call centers. NYU IT also issues mobile devices to approved employees and provides support on configuring devices to access NYU Email, Calendar, VPN, and other services. The Telephones (Business) service provides desk based phone services for NYU offices, faculty, and staff, including options such as voice mail and international dialing.
Support for ordering and configuring an Android, iPhone, BlackBerry, or iPad to work with NYU enterprise technology services, including NYU Email and Calendar.
Telephone service for students in residence halls. Includes call waiting and 3-way calling. Voice mail available upon request. Students must provide their own phone.
