This is our largest fair of the year and attracts NYU students of various majors interested in part-time and full-time opportunities as well as internships. Employers from all industries are invited to this fair to recruit candidates for all opportunities. Share information about open positions, both domestic and international, and recruit qualified applicants.

The first email you receive is an automatic response. You will usually be notified within 1 week of the status of your registration. If you are confirmed, you will receive a detailed confirmation email including your invoice, information on shipping and other logistics. If , for any reason, we cannot confirm your registration we will notify you by phone or email.
For-Profit (Large Business*): $650
For-Profit (Small Business*): $350
* A small business is considered fewer than 30 employees and a large business is more than 30 employees. Our staff may ask for documentation to verify your organization's status.

Each registration includes a 4'x18" table, tablecloth, table tent with your company name and chairs, as well as breakfast and lunch for up to 2 representatives. Your display materials may not exceed the 4'x18" space. If your organization requires an electrical outlet, please be sure to indicate that on your registration form. The Kimmel Center is equipped with wireless internet. You will receive information about accessing the network on the day of the fair.

Please DO NOT send any bulk materials to NYU.
Materials need to be shipped approximately 2 weeks prior to the event. Your email confirmation will provide exact dates of when we need your shipping to arrive. Any and all materials shipped will be delivered to your table.

If you miss the shipping deadline we suggest shipping the materials to your hotel or an affiliated office prior to the event. You can also bring them by hand on the day of the event.
Whalen’s does not accept late shipments; NYU Wasserman cannot receive your packages.
You are responsible for making shipping arrangements prior to the conclusion of the fair. Please have your account or credit card number available. Packaging tape and FedEx/UPS labels will be provided.
NOTE: NYU and NYU-Poly are not responsible for any lost or stolen items during shipping or on-site at the fair.

Please note that if your organization cancels their registration more than 4 business days before a career fair, there will be a $50 fee. On or after 4 business days before a fair, your organization/company is responsible for the full amount of your career fair fee.
Due to space restrictions, we can only provide chairs for two representatives. If your organization requires additional representatives, please email email@example.com.
All NYU students registered in a degree-granting program, or who have graduated within one year, are welcome to attend our fairs. Our fairs usually draw up to 2,000 students across a variety of majors and interests. Please note, the Master's Level Social Work Job Fair is open to students and recent alumni from all 10 participating schools.
