Engineering & Technology Fall Career Fair

Thursday, September 17 & Friday, September 18, 2015

We are excited to announce that the fair will take place over the course of two days. Each day of the fair will host a variety of industries, allowing more employers and students to participate. You can select your preferred date of attendance during registration. Employers with full-time, part-time and internship opportunities in Engineering, Computer Hardware/Software, Technology, Science, Management, Digital Media, Construction Management and related industries or job functions are encouraged to attend. Meet a large group of diverse, bright and motivated students and alumni from the NYU student body.


Registration Opens: July 13, 2015
Registration Closes: August 31, 2015

Registration Confirmation
The first email you receive is an automatic response. You will usually be notified within one week of the status of your registration. If you are confirmed, you will receive a detailed confirmation email including your invoice, information on shipping and other logistics. If, for any reason, we cannot confirm your registration we will notify you by phone or email.

  • Combined Rate: For-Profits (Large Business) that wish to attend both days of the Engineering & Technology Fall Career Fair can do so at a combined rate of $1000.
  • Additional Representatives: Due to space restrictions, we ask that organizations bring no more than two representatives. If you would like to register additional representatives, there will be a $50 fee per additional representative.

* A small business/start-up is considered fewer than 30 employees and a large business is more than 30 employees. Our staff may ask for documentation to verify your organization's status.

Setup & Amenities

Each registration includes a 4' table, tablecloth, table tent with your company name and chairs, as well as breakfast and lunch for two representatives. Your display materials may not exceed the 4' space. If your organization requires an electrical outlet, please be sure to indicate that on your registration form. The NYU Tandon School of Engineering is equipped with wireless internet. You will receive information about accessing the network on the day of the fair.

Shipping to the fair

Please DO NOT send any bulk materials to NYU.

Materials need to be shipped approximately two weeks prior to the event. Your email confirmation will provide exact dates of when we need your shipping to arrive. Any and all materials shipped will be delivered to your table.

If you miss the shipping deadline we suggest shipping the materials to your hotel or an affiliated office prior to the event. You can also bring them by hand on the day of the event.
Clancy-Cullen does not accept late shipments; NYU Wasserman cannot receive your packages.

Shipping after the fair

You are responsible for making shipping arrangements prior to the conclusion of the fair. Please have your account or credit card number available. Packaging tape and FedEx/UPS labels will be provided.

NOTE: NYU is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during shipping or on-site at the fair.

Please note that if your organization cancels their registration within 2 weeks prior to the fair, there will be a $50 fee. On or after 4 business days before the fair, your organization is responsible for the full career fair fee.

Student Participation

All NYU students registered in a degree-granting program, or who have graduated within one year, are welcome to attend our fairs. Our fairs usually draw up to 2,000 students across a variety of majors and interests. Please note, the Master's Level Social Work Job Fair is open to students and recent alumni from all 10 participating schools.
