With the closing of Hayden Hall for renovation, the University has contracted a limited number of hotel spaces for the Fall 2014 semester.  These three locations will house upperclass residents, not new freshmen.  These accommodations are for the Fall 2014 semester only.  The room rate will be $7,673/semester.  Students will not be able to check in until Sunday, August 31, 2014, and must check out by 10:00am on Saturday, December 20, 2014, per the schedule below.

Students canceling their spring housing in accordance with the housing license must check-out within 24 hours after their last final exam, or by 12:00pm on Friday, December 19, 2014, whichever comes first. The only permitted reasons to cancel housing for the spring include graduating in December, studying away for the spring, taking an approved leave of absence, or withdrawing from NYU.

Residents who are not graduating in December, or not participating in approved Spring 2015 study away programs will be held to the terms of the 2014-2015 Housing License for both fall and spring semesters.  Students continuing their studies at NYU-New York will transition into their Spring 2015 housing assignments by 10:00am on December 20, 2014.
