Welcome!

Welcome to Brittany Hall! Brittany is currently closed for renovation, but is expected to reopen in Fall 2013. When it reopens, it will welcome a community of approximately 575 first-year NYU students, 14 Resident Assistants, 1 Resource Center Assistant, and 2 live-in and 1 live-out professional staff members. The professional staff consists of a Residence Hall Director (RHD), Residence Hall Assistant Director (RHAD), and Residence Hall Resource Manager (RHRM) all of whom have offices on the first floor. Your Resident Assistants (RAs) are amazing resources, and will be working hard to help you build strong learning communities on your floors and throughout the residence hall.

Our beautiful and historic building has some fantastic amenities, including the Rhodes Room, a large lounge and performance space; the T.V. and Game Lounge, furnished with a host of recreational activities; the Penthouse Study Lounge, equipped with comfy chairs and couches for study groups, desks for individual study, and wireless Internet; Piano Room, Dance Studio; and a darkroom for photography enthusiasts. In addition, we hope all our student leaders will choose to be involved with the Brittany Hall Council (BHC), by either running for an executive committee position, attending general assembly meetings, or joining a committee to make great things happen in our community. We are excited to have you join us, as we provide you with the best experience at Brittany!
