Homeownership Programs

The University is committed to developing homeownership programs for its faculty and staff. Currrently, there are two programs that eligible affiliates are encouraged to consider: Riverwalk Condominiums and the Points Reimbursement Program.

Riverwalk Condominiums

Riverwalk Condominiums

All full-time NYU employees are eligible to purchase a luxury condominium at Riverwalk Landing Condominiums on Roosevelt Island. Eligible affiliates living in University rental housing may also obtain additional financial assistance to purchase at Riverwalk.

Points Reimbursement Program

The University offers the Points Reimbursement Program for eligible faculty and staff, which reimburses first mortgage origination fees for new home buyers and is managed by the Benefits Office.
