Faculty Housing

Faculty housing is a critical, strategic resource that has supported NYU's development into a national research university. NYU's rental housing has helped create an urban residential campus in the heart of New York City -- one of the most dynamic yet expensive housing markets in the world.

The Office of Faculty Housing is a comprehensive housing resource for University faculty. The office works directly with faculty, senior staff, the deans, department chairs and other University constituents on all housing matters. The office assigns housing units, sets lease terms, manages residential facilities and construction, and oversees homeownership programs.
