New York Campus

  • For help by telephone, NYU community members in New York can call 1-212-998-3333 to speak with IT Service Desk staff 24 hours a day, seven days a week. (On campus in New York, simply dial 8-3333.)
  • For help online, search the ServiceLink knowledge base, or submit your question (including as many details as possible) using the contact form or by sending email to AskIT@nyu.edu. A representative will respond to the email address you supply within one business day.
  • Walk-in hours are currently unavailable. See note at top of page for details.

Abu Dhabi Campus

  • NYU community members at NYU Abu Dhabi can contact the IT Service Desk 24 hours a day, seven days a week by sending email to nyuad.it@nyu.edu or by calling 971-2-628-8888 (or simply 8-8888 from on-campus phones).
  • NYU Abu Dhabi IT Support Center walk-in assistance is available on the ground floor of the Campus Center (C2) building. Check the NYU Abu Dhabi Intranet for current hours (login required).
  • The NYU Abu Dhabi Center for Academic Technology (CAT) is offering remote support Sunday-Thursday, 8am-8pm GST; Friday and Saturday, 12pm-8pm GST. For any assistance, please contact nyuad.academictech@nyu.edu
