NYU IT provides support for desktop and laptop computer configuration, installation, and troubleshooting for personal computers, technology-equipped classrooms, and public computing workstations.

This includes walk-in Laptop Support provided by the NYU IT Service Desk for NYU faculty, staff, and students for issues including virus removal and NYU wireless connectivity, among others.
