The NYU IT Service Desk, open 24x7, provides personal assistance with NYU IT-supported services by phone, email and, at most NYU locations, in person.

NYU ServiceLink is a self-support resource for the entire NYU community that provides a large knowledge base of information about NYU IT services as well as request forms.
