If you are interested in learning about NYU and NYC before you arrive? We host a number of Transfer & Transitioning Student Webinars, designed to give you an introduction to NYU and answer your questions regarding Welcome Week or Spring at the Square, getting involved at NYU, available resources, and more!
During Welcome Week and Spring at the Square, you'll have the opportunity to attend a variety of programs, many of which are directly geared towards meeting the needs of students in transition. From learning how to get involved on campus as a transfer student, to our various neighborhood tours, students are encouraged to attend as many programs as their schedule permits! In the Fall semester, Welcome Week programming for transfer and transitioning students kicks off with the Transfer Student Welcome. At this event, students have the opportunity to meet other new transfer and transitioning students, our T.A's and hear from Transfer & Transitioning Student Services. Attendees also receive a Metrocard, a ticket to the Presidential Welcome & Reality Show and travel with everyone to the Beacon Theater.
