Each person wishing to enter Yankee Stadium must have a ticket for the event. Gates open at 9:45 am. You must present your admission ticket to Yankee Stadium personnel at your assigned gate. Candidates may enter only at Gate 8; guests may enter only between Gates 4 and 6.
The Stadium offers enhanced accessibility for guests who are deaf, hard of hearing, blind or visually impaired.
Wheelchair accessible seating is available on all Guest Seating levels at Yankee Stadium on a first-come, first-served basis. Yankee Stadium personnel will direct you to those seats on Commencement day. If you would like to familiarize yourself with wheelchair accessible seating, please review the seating and pricing map on the Yankee Stadium website at http://newyork.yankees.mlb.com/nyy/ballpark/seating_pricing.jsp.
Guests who do not have tickets or a need for wheelchair accessible seating will not be permitted to stand or sit in these areas. Because of space limitations in each wheelchair accessible section, guests in wheelchairs may be accompanied into a wheelchair accessible seating area by only one companion.
If you or your guest requires tickets for a wheelchair accessible seating area, sign language interpreter seating area or any other accessible accommodation, please complete this form and return to the Office of University Events via email university.events@nyu.edu or fax 212-995-4065 no later than Friday, May 3rd. You will be contacted via email with further instructions.
In addition to submitting the form, you must order All-University Commencement tickets online here if you have not done so already.
If you are a candidate with a disability and are planning to attend the All-University Commencement at Yankee Stadium, contact Bridget Betts from the Henry and Lucy Moses Center for Students with Disabilities at NYU via email or by phone at 212-998-4982 for all other disability-related questions.
