Purpose
To determine how the NYU VBL could be improved to make it more intuitive
and usable for our users.

Methodology:
Subjects were solicited through signs and email messages. A $20.00 gift
certificate was given in exchange for participation. Each subject was
asked to answer the same set of twelve questions using the website. The
answers to these were recorded on paper as well as captured on diskette.
The diskette was used in the event that any problems were uncovered that
could be remedied by studying the "route" the subjects used
to find answers. Careful examination of the diskette was not necessary,
as the information needed for this study was immediately apparent in the
answers supplied by the subjects
