From now on, please email any VTS machine repair requests to Card Services at email@example.com, rather than phone.
If you also cc firstname.lastname@example.org, we can keep track of the service problems we report.
Emails should include the location of the out-of-service machine as well as a brief description of what the problem is.
The folks who manage the VTS machines, which students use to add value to their NYUCards and purchase copy cards, have asked us to change the way we report VTS machine problems to them.
Using email will ensure that messages are picked up in a timely fashion, and problems are addressed as quickly as possible.
Thanks for your help with this, and please pass this information on to anyone in your department who may need to report a problematic VTS machine.
