Request for Copies
Request copies of Oral History interviews from cassette tapes, CDs, and DVDs using this form. Fees apply.

Request for Permission to Publish
Use this form to request permission to publish quotes from archival materials or publish images from the library's collections.

Request for Photocopies
Request photocopies of archival materials and vertical files using this form. Researchers make their own reference photocopies from printed volumes in good condition using the self-service preservation photocopier in the Tamiment reading room for 20 cents per page.

Scan Request Form
Request scans of archival, visual, and printed library items using this form. Fees apply.

Sign-In Form
Researchers visiting the Tamiment Library are asked to sign in each day.
