Researchers visiting the Tamiment Library are asked to sign in each day.

Reader Registration
All researchers requesting archival materials and all non-NYU researchers wishing to use the Tamiment Library must register to use the collections using this form.

Call Slip
Request books, serials, vertical files and microfilm reels using this form.

Archives and Manuscripts Request Form
Request archival materials and oral history interviews using this form.

Request for Photocopies
Request photocopies of archival materials and vertical files using this form. Researchers make their own reference photocopies from printed volumes in good condition using the self-service preservation photocopier in the Tamiment reading room for 20 cents per page.

Photography Application
Prior to taking reference photographs of materials in the Tamiment Library's collections, researchers must fill out and sign this application. Daily fees apply.

Request for Copies
Request copies of Oral History interviews from cassette tapes, CDs, and DVDs using this form. Fees apply.
