FOREWORD
The Thomas G. Neumiller Papers were donated to The Fales Library and Special Collections at
New York University on April 28, 1997. The collection consists of letters, printed materials,
photographs, drawings, clippings, and other materials Thomas Neumiller assembled to
compliment letters he received from two important women who he knew: Friedelind Wagner and
Margaret Hamilton. The materials were accessioned and processed on May 5, 1997 by Marvin J.
Taylor.
