Sibyl recently took the position of Digital Initiatives Metadata Librarian at the University of Vermont after two years as a project team member, based at NYU, on the Archivists’ Toolkit, an open- source archival data management system designed to provide integrated support for accession, description, name and subject authority work, and location management for archival materials.

Sibyl previously served as the Digital Image Library Manager for Clear Channel Outdoor, where she administered the company’s digital asset management system and image archive of over 200,000 photographs. She has worked as the Records Specialist and Education Coordinator for the Records Management at the University of California, Los Angeles, and also for the Museums and Online Archive of California (MOAC) project.

Sibyl received her MLIS, with a specialization in Archival Studies, from the University of California, Los Angeles.
