sponsored by the Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy Center

Since 1988, the Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy Center has brought artists including Neil Young, The Who, Jon Bon Jovi, John Mellencamp, ZZ Top, Ahmet Ertegun, Aerosmith, and David Foster to NYU. The Nordoff-Robbins approach to creative music therapy is based upon the belief that there is an inborn musicality residing in every human being that can be activated in the service of personal growth and development. The Foundation hosts an annual dinner and auction where it bestows the Silver Clef Award on an artist.
