On October 21, a march on the Pentagon in Washington, DC is held, attracting both anti-war protesters, New Left activists & cultural radicals.

The Student Mobilization Committee works to coordinate national activity to build up the confrontation in Washington. This pamphlet is one of many materials handed out to mobilize masses of Americans to demonstrate against the war.

1,500 students from NYU go to Washington where a number are beaten and jailed for the occupation of the Pentagon steps.
