Andrea "Dre" Domingue, Assistant Director Email: dre.domingue@nyu.edu
Dre is the Assistant Director of New York University's Office of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Student Services and has worked in the office since 2003. She oversees student leadership development as well as designs and facilitates educational trainings and initiatives. Dre supervises the Outspoken Peer Education program, advises the student group T-Party, organizes the Queer Leadership Retreat and coordinates the Moving Up Day Awards Ceremony. She is also responsible for the Safe Zone Training Program, career development events, and the co-instructor for the Future Administrators Cultural Training Seminar (FACTS) with the Center for Multicultural Education and Programs.
She currently serves as the Co-Chair of the Consortium of Higher Education LGBT Resource Professionals, a national organization that networks LGBT campus centers and individuals to critically transform higher education around issues of sexual orientation and gender identity/expression. Dre received her master’s degree in higher education administration from New York University and received a dual bachelor’s degree in mathematics and sociology from The University of Texas at Austin.
Dre currently lives in Brooklyn, NY and spends her free time practicing yoga, enjoying the outdoors, cooking for friends, and discovering new music.

Tom Bourdon serves as Program Administrator for the NYU Office of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Student Services. He is responsible for creating programs and events for the Office which developmentally, educationally, and socially serve the NYU community. Receptions, panels, guest speakers, screenings, and discussion groups are some of the many types of programs which fall under Tom's realm.
A recent transplant to New York, Tom is originally from Haverhill, MA, and he has also lived in Los Angeles and Chicago. Before coming to NYU, Tom served as Assistant Director at UCLA's LGBT Center. Tom is extremely happy to be at NYU, where he gets to work directly with students and also plan events that are both fun and meaningful. When not in the Office, Tom is most likely spending time with his husband Jimmy and their two dogs, Maggie and Benson.

Paulina Abaunza, Graduate Assistant Email: paulina@nyu.edu
Paulina is originally from El Paso, Texas, but has spent the last five years gradually moving towards the east coast. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion from The George Washington University (Washington, DC) in 2006. Currently, Paulina is a second-year Master’s student in the Higher Education/ Student Personnel Administration program at New York University.
This is her second year as a Graduate Assistant in the Office of LGBT Student Services. Paulina facilitates Q Chat, advises SHADES (a group for LGBT students of color), coordinates all LGBT graduate student programs, and co-advises First Year Queers and Allies (a leadership program that focuses on the first-year student experience). She is also coordinating the first ever NYU LGBT-themed Alternative Spring Break. Paulina enjoys and appreciates working in the LGBT Office because she gets to interact with amazingly talented students who teach her something new every day. Her interests within higher education include diversity and social justice, religion and spirituality, the first-year student experience, and leadership.
Outside of the realm of higher education, she enjoys film, reading novels, politics, and she absolutely loves live theatre.

Office Assistants
The LGBT Office Assistants are integral part of the LGBT Office staff! These students work the front desk of our office and are here to make our space a welcoming environment. The student staff are available to answer any questions you may have and are available to provide information about NYU and local resources. In addition, Office Assistant are assigned projects and concentration areas to improve the services and resources our office offers.

Office Interns
LGBT Office interns are students who volunteer with our office that are interested in gaining practical experience in working on LGBT issues and/or student services on campus. Interns typically concentrate on a project that both matches thier personal interests as well as provide additional staff support to our office.
Haley Socha Haley is a graduate student in pursuing her masters at the NYU Wagner School of Public Service and has been an intern with the LGBT Office for two years. She is in her fifth year as an Outspoken Peer Educator and works with the First Year Queers and Allies program as an advisor.
Fernie Rodriguez Fernie is a graduate student pursuing his masters in Higher Education Administration and works as a Graduate Assistant with the Center for Multiculturak Education and Programs. Fernie co-coordinates graduate student programming for the LGBT Office.

| Liaisons to the LGBT Office
Brooke Donatone NYU Counseling & Behavioral Services Brooke is a counselor at NYU's Counseling & Behavioral Health Services and serves as a liaison to the LGBT community and is a co-facilitator for the Q Chat program. Brooke is available to meet with students interested in speaking with a counselor on topics around sexual orientation or gender identity/expression as well as being able to provide general counseling as well. To make an appointment to speak with Brooke, please call Counseling and Behavioral Health Services at 212-998-4780 and simply inform the reciptionist that you would like to meet with Brooke.
Mary Snowden Wasserman Center for Career Development: Diversity Programs Mary is a Career Development Counselor at NYU's Wasserman Center for Career Development whose work focuses on issues of diversity in the workplace. Mary is available to meet with students to review resumes, provide strategies in finding an internship or job, and connect students with employers. Mary also works with the LGBT Office staff to provide LGBT career-related programming throughout the year.
