Conference, Meeting, and Seminar Rooms

With sweeping views of lower Manhattan, the 9th floor Conference Center will be the University's premier meeting site and will provide a space for the many high-level gatherings that take place on the NYU campus. A variety of seminar and meeting rooms within the Conference Center will provide facilities for groups ranging in size from a few to over 100 people. Designed to be used in conjunction with the Rosenthal Pavilion on the 10th floor, it will offer a variety of private seminar and meeting rooms featuring state-of-the-art multi-media and communications equipment, and a lounge that opens onto a terrace overlooking Washington Square.

Conference, Meeting, and Seminar Rooms Naming Opportunities


Club Meeting Rooms $50,000
Located on the 8th floor within the Student Activities Center, each of these three meeting rooms will be used by the more than 250 student clubs and organizations at NYU. Featuring the latest telecommunications and multimedia presentation equipment as well as computer workstations, these rooms will accommodate groups of up to 50 people.

Corner Meeting Rooms $50,000
With sweeping views of Washington Square Park and the Empire State Building, these corner rooms on the 9th floor are premier meeting sites that will provide a space for the many high-level gatherings that take place on the NYU campus.

Seminar Rooms $25,000
With space for approximately 25 people, the 9th floor seminar rooms will provide a place for conference breakout sessions and presentations to small groups.
