Aim of the Society
SPET is an independent, international society. Its goal is to facilitate communication among researchers in theoretical economics.
Membership
Individual membership is open to any person engaged in bona fide research in economic theory, or in mathematics or computation relevant to economic theory, upon payment of annual dues. Members in 2008 will receive print issues of volumes 138-143 of the Journal of Economic Theory.
For the year 2008, dues for regular members are $84 and student dues are $37. A student application requires the signature of a faculty sponsor on the application form or in a separate letter.
