Basic Service
NYU's Information Technology Services (ITS) provides telephone services to students housed in most NYU residence halls. Telephone service from another provider is not available in buildings served by the NYU telephone system.

Voice Mail
NYU provides free voice mail upon request for each telephone number. Roommates share the voice mailbox associated with a shared telephone number. See the Voice Mail section for details.
