PAETEC CampusLink Services provides billing and customer service for long distance, international, and directory assistance calling.

You can access important information about your account, such as current daily balances and recent payment history.

Domestic & International Rates

Domestic Rates

You receive 100 free minutes of domestic long distance calls each month. After 100 minutes are used in a month, it’s 10 cents per minute for each call, with no surcharges or monthly fees. Calls to international locations and directory assistance are not included in your 100 minutes of free long distance calling.

Please note: During summer sessions, free minutes are not provided. All calls are $0.10 per minute with no surcharges or monthly fees.

International Rates

For international calls, each country has one flat rate with no surcharges or monthly fees. The flat rate varies by country. For rates, call the CampusLink Service Center at 1-800-962-4772 or visit www.campuslink.paetec.com. Have your CampusLink Account Number and PBN available.

About Your PBN

PAETEC CampusLink Services provides you with a CampusLink Account Number and Personal Billing Number (PBN). You can place long distance calls from most NYU telephones using your PBN. Calls are billed to your CampusLink Account Number.

By using your PBN, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Your PBN is for your use only. Keep it secure.
  • If you supply your PBN to others, you will be responsible for any charges they incur.
  • Unauthorized use of a PBN is fraud, a criminal offense under state and federal laws.

If you lose your PBN card or detect unauthorized charges on your bill, call the CampusLink Service Center at 1-800-962-4772.

Long Distance Billing

Bill Payment

You must pay your bill in full by the due date, whether you have reached the credit limit or not. Failure to make a payment in full by the due date will result in the deactivation of your PBN. You can either mail your payment or make a payment online with your debit or credit card.

To mail your payment, send a check or money order payable to New York University to:

To make a payment with American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa, or to sign up to have your monthly balance automatically charged to your credit or debit card, call the CampusLink Service Center at 1-800-962-4772 or log on to www.campuslink.paetec.com. Have your CampusLink Account Number and PBN available.

Suspension and Reactivation of Your PBN

Failure to pay your bill by the due date will result in the deactivation of your PBN. Upon payment, your PBN will be reactivated within 24 hours.

Late Payment Charge

There is a late payment charge of 1% per month on outstanding balances.

Failure to Pay

If you fail to pay, the balance is transferred after 60 days to NYU’s Office of the Bursar for collection. NYU reserves the right to withhold registration materials and all information regarding the records of any student who is in arrears of a balance for long distance calls.

Bad Check Fee

There is a $10.00 fee for any check returned to your bank.

Canceling your PAETEC CampusLink Service

If you wish to cancel your CampusLink Account Number and PBN, contact the CampusLink Service Center at 1-800-962-4772.
