ITS Communications & Computing Services (C&CS) offers a variety of services to the University community, including digital telephone, voice mail, interactive voice response, advanced call center systems, and videoconferencing services. C&CS operates, manages, and maintains the University's telephony systems. Telephone services are provided to more than 28,000 telephones circuits located in over 130 buildings. This includes on-campus, local, long distance, and international phone service. An authorization code is required to complete long distance and international calls and is provided by C&CS. We also offer automated attendants to departments and help desks as well as other call-center offerings.

Voice Mail

NYU's voice mail systems provide an easy-to-use messaging service for recording and distributing voice messages via the telephone. The voice mail system is available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Messages can be retrieved via touchtone phone from anywhere in the world.
