Application Development & Support Services
ITS Enterprise Computing and Support Services partners with University offices to provide application development and support, and database and security services, for NYU's core business systems, and IT helpdesk services for the faculty, students, and staff who use them.
Such systems include Albert, SIS, HRIS/PASS; fame, Advance, Data Warehouse, BIA, eReports, Brio, Remedy; your NYUHome Work tab access to Tuition Remission, Benefits, and Payment Information, and more.
IT Helpdesk Services for Administrative Applications
For IT helpdesk services for these and other administrative applications, call the ITS Client Services Center (CSC) at 1-212-998-3333 (press 1 when prompted), or send email to its.adminhelp@nyu.edu. CSC staff specializng in support for administrative applications are available Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. CSC staff are available onsite Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-midnight, and Saturday-Sunday, noon-midnight.
Oracle Enterprise Products
ITS makes selected Oracle database and related products available to qualified members of the NYU community through a University site license. Currently, these include products from the Oracle 9i and 10g suites. For further details, including licensing procedures and fees, please send email to its.adminhelp@nyu.edu.
Off-Campus Access Using VPN
A number of NYU administrative systems and services require the use of VPN when accessed from off-campus. If you are planning to connect to one of these services from off-campus, please follow the instructions for using VPN for NYU-NET access from off-campus.
