Welcome to NYU's Information Technology Services

Information Technology Services (ITS) is NYU's central organization for technology-based services for University students, faculty, staff, and administrators. ITS provides computer services, Internet resources, and telephony services to the entire University. ITS connects people to people, to their work and studies, and to the information, training, and technical resources they need to achieve their goals. Service is our central focus and concern.

The NYU Public Directory

This directory, maintained by ITS, lists all current NYU faculty, staff, and administrators. Each department at NYU has a representative that is responsible for reporting new employees and changes in directory listings.

Meetingmaker

ITS provides licensed copies of Meetingmaker software to NYU faculty, staff and administrators. Meetingmaker allows you to maintain your calendar, arrange meetings, and coordinate your schedule with anyone on the network or over the Internet. To download your copy, log into NYUHome with your NetID and password, then click on the "Work" tab at the top right. On the left side of the Meetingmaker channel, click the link for your computer's operating system to download the software. Then, click the links on the right to download information about using the software. If you have any questions about Meetingmaker, please send email to meetingmaker.help@nyu.edu.

ITS provides a variety of software to help you protect your computer and make the most of NYU-NET, including Symantec AntiVirus and Lavasoft Ad-Aware. The page also contains information about the Microsoft Developers Network Academic Alliance, which makes it possible for qualifying NYU Departments and Researchers to receive distributions of the latest Microsoft development tools, operating systems, server software, documentation and technical references.
