Training for administrative applications and other IT services is also available to NYU faculty and staff through NYUiLearn.

Walk-in Laptop Support

NYU faculty, staff and students can bring their laptop computers to the IT Service Desk for assistance with virus removal, NYURoam wireless connectivity, and other issues. Though drop-in service is available between 9am and 5pm, Monday through Friday, you may have to wait for an available IT Service Desk staff member; appointments are recommended.
