Service Description
ITS offers high-performance Windows File Sharing a centrally-managed file sharing system solution for securely storing a client’s or department’s critical data. The distributed architecture of our dedicated file sharing systems offers both scalability and availability, while dynamic load-balancing provides for fast data transfers. The service is backed up daily and is monitored 24 x 365.

Rate
The basic service (100 GB) is available for an annual fee of $2,000. Increments of 50 GB additional are available for $1,000/year. Optional services include: 30-day extended tape retention ($100/30-day extension/year) and SFTP software ($100/year). The above service includes up to 15 hours of maintenance annually and up to 10 hours of initial installation and configuration (one-time).
