Service Description

NYU faculty, staff and students can bring their laptop computers to the IT Service Desk for assistance with virus removal, NYURoam wireless connectivity, and other issues. Though drop-in service is available between 9am and 5pm, Monday through Friday, you may have to wait for an available IT Service Desk staff member; appointments are recommended.

Call the IT Service Desk at 1-212-998-3333 to request an appointment, or bring your NYUCard and laptop to 10 Astor Place, 4th floor, between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday
