Service Description
ITS hosts applications, databases and systems on physical or virtual servers (Linux or Windows) in a climate-controlled secure environment, and provides day-to-day administration and maintenance of hardware and operating systems. The service includes 24/7 system monitoring for operating system, data backups, and storage (30-day retention).

Departments requiring professional hosting service for application servers and database servers.

PHYSICAL: $6,250/year+ $50/year per addl 10GB + $500 Per 12GB increment RAM DIMM upgrade + $1,300 for CPU upgrade (quad core processor)
VIRTUAL: $3,000/year + $50/year per addl 10GB + $25/year per 1GB increment RAM DIMM upgrade + $200/year for CPU upgrade
