Service Description

Remedy IT Service Management is a service management and reporting tool that provides the ability to track, assign, and escalate incidents. NYU departments can use Remedy to track and report on the progress of their work incidents in order to better manage their resources and service delivery.

Target Audience

Departments wishing to implement a trouble-ticketing system to manage their own incidents.

  • Initial Licensing: Fixed license=$1,300; Floating license=$3,300
  • Annual Support: Fixed license=$221; Floating license=$561

CHANGE MANAGEMENT MODULE:

  • Initial Licensing: Fixed license=$2,800; Floating license=$7,700
  • Annual Support: Fixed license=$476; Floating license=$1,196

ANNUAL System and storage fees=$1,300
