Through the Microsoft Developers Network Academic Alliance (MSDNAA), qualified NYU departments and researchers can receive distributions of the latest Microsoft development tools, operating systems, server software, documentation and technical references. This allows their students to have complete access to these tools on their personal computers and in their respective departmental labs.
