The IT Service Desk is the first point of contact for technology services and help from Information Technology Services. The service is available by telephone at 212-998-3333, by e-mail to AskITS@nyu.edu, online at askits.nyu.edu/helpdesk, and in person at 10 Astor Place, 4th floor.
