Service Description
PeopleAdmin has two components: The Staff Applicant Tracking Module and the Staff Position Description Management Module. The Staff Applicant Tracking Module is used to screen and distribute applications electronically, communicate to candidates, and track application status. The Staff Position Description Management Module is used to initiate the job classification/compensation process. It includes a searchable database of position descriptions, and it processes change requests and processing of salary recommendation forms.
